Once booking has been confirmed verbally or by writing you agree to our terms and conditions below

Credit/Debit card details must be given on bookings.

We charge 3% surcharge on credit card payments.

Cancellation policy must be give 7 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations after this time, full payment will be charged to your account.

If credit cards are not available a non refundable deposit of 50% will be required to o to confirm your reservation.

Any damages or missing items from rooms cost will be charged to your card details given.

We are a totally non-smoking guest house.

If there is any evidence of smoking, we will charge an extra nights stay to enable an airing of the the   room.
